When I found out I was pregnant with a little girl (I already had two boys), I would be lying if I wasn’t instantly excited about the fact that I would have bows in my life! My little girl literally had over a hundred bows before she was even born. I put my craft hat on and made a cute DIY hair bow holder for under $10 that was just too stinking cute.
I grabbed a frame from Goodwill for $3. It had a picture in it but I took the picture and the backing out. Next, I used a staple gun to attach chickenwire to the frame (be sure to trim the edges). I hot glued some silk flowers on the top and screwed in some brass hooks on the bottom and viola!
The silk flowers were just a few bucks from Walmart. The dollar store also has a lot of great flowers.
Anyone that sees my daughter’s room, instantly compliments the bow holder and she’s now two and that thing is super full. Creating a DIY hair bow holder doesn’t have to be expensive.
